Deleting your account, your data, or content you've shared

What you can delete yourself, what you need to ask us for, and how long it takes.

Icon Pack Studio and Wallpaper Studio

One account covers all our apps that use one. Deleting it from Icon Pack Studio also deletes it from Wallpaper Studio, and the other way round, there is no way to remove it from one app only

You can delete it yourself: open Settings → Account → Delete account.

This removes your profile and anything you have published, across every app the account is used in. Content other users already downloaded stays on their devices, and purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

If the option doesn't work, write to [email protected] from the address linked to the account.

Smart Launcher and our other apps

These apps have no account and no sign-in, so there is no profile to delete. Most of what they send us carries no identifier at all.

That means we usually can't look you up. Where a record does point to you, we can: write to [email protected] with the Google Play order ID or purchase email if you've bought Pro, or the address you used if you've contacted support. We'll use it only to find and delete those records.

Content you've shared

To take down a theme, an icon pack or anything else you've published — or to report content that shouldn't be distributed — use our content removal form:

Content Removal Request Form

Alternatively, you may contact us directly by email: [email protected]

What to expect

We answer every request within 7 days, and we'll tell you what was deleted and what we had to keep.
