What you can delete yourself, what you need to ask us for, and how long it takes.
Icon Pack Studio and Wallpaper Studio
One account covers all our apps that use one. Deleting it from Icon Pack Studio also deletes it from Wallpaper Studio, and the other way round, there is no way to remove it from one app only
You can delete it yourself: open Settings → Account → Delete account.
This removes your profile and anything you have published, across every app the account is used in. Content other users already downloaded stays on their devices, and purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
If the option doesn't work, write to [email protected] from the address linked to the account.
Apps without an account
In apps without an account, such as Smart Launcher, there is no account profile to delete. Some records contain installation identifiers that we cannot normally associate with your name or email address.
To request deletion, write to [email protected]. Include information that can help us locate the relevant records, such as your Google Play order ID for a purchase or the email address used to contact support. We use this information only to handle your request.
